Manufacturing & Quality
From raw material
to shipment.
A documented production, inspection and laboratory system.
Production flow
Twelve controlled stages.
The supplied process chart follows each board from raw-material mixing through final shipment.
- 01
Mixing
Raw materials are proportioned for the selected board system.
- 02
Extrusion
The structural body is formed through controlled extrusion.
- 03
Cooling
Formed profiles are cooled and set before sizing.
- 04
Cutting
Automatic cutting establishes the specified panel length.
- 05
Inspection
Density, thickness and appearance are checked.
- 06
Maintenance
Panels are conditioned for 24 hours before finishing.
- 07
Slotting
Connection profiles are machined for each joint system.
- 08
PUR lamination
Decorative surfaces are flattened and coated.
- 09
Final inspection
Finished dimensions and surfaces are reviewed.
- 10
Packaging
Boards are protected and grouped for dispatch.
- 11
Pack inspection
Labels, protection and quantities are confirmed.
- 12
Shipment
Approved orders move to warehousing and logistics.
Manufacturing evidence
The complete flow, at a glance.
Mixing, extrusion, cutting, inspection, conditioning, slotting, PUR lamination, packaging and shipment are shown in the company-supplied production record.

Quality control
Three inspection gates.
Incoming-material inspection checks dimensions, appearance and physical or chemical properties. Process inspection reviews dimensions and surface consistency. Shipment inspection confirms appearance, coating, labels and packaging.
Review product data ↗Laboratory
31 documented testable items.
The supplied laboratory list covers water absorption, moisture, dimensions, bonding, static bending, impact, scratch resistance, Shore hardness, color difference, gloss, negative-ion content, heavy metals and flame-retardant performance.

Documented evidence
Certification records supplied by OUZHAI.
The documents are presented as company-supplied evidence; product suitability remains subject to the applicable model, project and test scope.

Installation system
Panel joints planned with the wall.
The new manual adds double-female-groove connection details, concealed skirting and coordinated framing information for integrated installation planning.
